Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bp9mys, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on bp9mys. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be true, current, and complete. You are obligated to keep this information updated.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2. If you become aware that you have registered in error as a Prohibited Person, you must notify bp9mys immediately and cease using the Platform.
• Not a Company Employee: Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of bp9mys staff are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.

Account Registration

To access bp9mys games and services, you must complete the account registration process accurately. During registration, you are required to provide a valid username, a secure password, and contact details including a valid email address and Malaysian mobile phone number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, nor allow any other individual to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bp9mys support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

BP9MYS reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Terms of Use

By using the bp9mys Platform, you agree to the following conditions of acceptable use:

• You will only use bp9mys for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security feature of the Platform.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to manipulate Game outcomes, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• You will not engage in collusion with other players or attempt to exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any such conduct must be reported to bp9mys support immediately. Bets placed as a result of a known software error may be voided.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. bp9mys does not guarantee any particular outcome or profit.
• You will access bp9mys using only your own personal device and your own personal internet connection, and not from any public network where your credentials could be intercepted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

BP9MYS supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. All Account transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. BP9MYS is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, subject to the limits and conditions of that method.
• A KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or where the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold set by bp9mys. You will be notified of any documentation required.
• BP9MYS reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals that it deems unusual, high-value, or otherwise warranting review.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Processing times are typically within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts, though some methods may take longer.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or incomplete KYC documentation.

Bonuses & Promotions

BP9MYS offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of offer and must be read carefully before acceptance.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough conditions) before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific multiplier will be stated on each bonus offer (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x the bonus amount).
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirement bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Weighting: Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Full contribution percentages are specified individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Detection: BP9MYS employs systems to detect bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winings where abuse is identified.

BP9MYS reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered on at the time of the change.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bp9mys — whether on live casino games, slot machines, sports markets, Liga Super Malaysia or EPL matches, live football in-play events, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules of that product as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed.

• Once placed and confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• BP9MYS reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed malfunction, or technical fault.
• In the case of a dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement, the records held by bp9mys shall be considered the authoritative source.
• For live sports betting markets, in-play odds fluctuate continuously. BP9MYS does not guarantee that a requested odds price will be available at the time the bet is processed. Where odds have changed, the system will notify you and request confirmation before the bet is placed.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be voided in their entirety and the relevant Account will be terminated.

Responsible Gambling

BP9MYS is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible from your Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once applied, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: You may set limits on the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: You may enable session duration reminders to keep track of how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. BP9MYS will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. During the exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from us.
• Reality Checks: You may enable pop-up reminders at regular intervals showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bp9mys Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, databases, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of BP9MYS or its licensed third-party content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of BP9MYS.

Any unauthorised use of bp9mys intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BP9MYS, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or system downtime that prevent access to the Platform or result in the loss of bets in transit.
• Unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party studios, where BP9MYS acts solely as a platform operator and not a game developer.

BP9MYS's total aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount standing to your credit in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Account Suspension & Termination

BP9MYS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Multiple account creation in breach of the single-account policy.
• Chargebacks initiated against bp9mys without prior dispute resolution.

In the event of Account termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the User after deducting any amountsowed to bp9mys, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting bp9mys support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

BP9MYS reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting an update notice on the Platform homepage or sending an email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the bp9mys Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which BP9MYS holds its operating authorisation.

You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the bp9mys Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through our internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels within a reasonable timeframe, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels.
